We are on Instagram! @the_solarium_ Event Venue curation process was fueled by imagination and creativity. The space emulates a modern, terrarium-like oasis with all of the amenities to serve an array of events from parties for birthdays, anniversaries, retirement, graduation, baby showers, bridal showers parties, corporate events, and photo shoots/filming. The 2,000 sf space includes a live-edge conference table, comfortable seating, a kitchen, bathroom, shelving, AC/heating, and beautiful natural lighting. Park at the Marengo street parking garage off of Arroyo Parkway, across from the mall. Drive up to the rooftop, park, then cross over the Pedestrian Bridge. Walk towards the fountain and M Design Studio sign will be on the right hand side, unit 219. We validate parking. First 90 minutes FREE.* $1.50 each 30 minutes thereafter. Cost of Space to Rent: Rental Rate is $150 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. We ask that when booking you consider set up time and clean up time. Party Size: We can seat 40+ people comfortably with about 70+ people standing. Our space can fit 80 people maximum. Additional Rentals: We offer rentals for AV system (TV, Speakers, Microphone), additional folding chairs and 6' tables, serving ware. Catering: You are allowed to bring your own catering in or work with one of our suggested vendors.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. What a gorgeous space! Our host was so lovely and communicative and TOTALLY on the ball when it came to Covid precautions. Temp tested at the door, filters on to clean the air, lots of wiping down and everyone in masks, of course. For such an otherwise stressful time, Macelle made this an incredibly smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend.

This is a fabulous space with anything you could need!! Macelle is extremely thoughtful and anticipating stuff I had not thought of like Alexa Access for music and a tremendous counter space for mountains of food. The Solarium was a great venue for the bridal shower I was hosting. There wasn't a whole lot of decorating that I needed to do because it was already a very beautiful venue (which was a plus for me). The flow of the venue was perfect for what we needed. Macelle was a great and accommodating host and sent me all the info I needed for the shower (e.g. parking, validation, tour, etc.) — on a surprise visit from the mother of the bride, she even walked her to where she should park to unload her vehicle, easing all of her concerns (thank you Macelle!).

It is such a beautiful place to have my first baby shower. It is spacious and clean. I love it is somehow decorated and furnished so I don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to hire outside agency for decoration. I also want to say thank you again to our host Macelle. She is amazing. She responds to texts and phone calls promptly and is super helpful and friendly! I will definitely book this venue again for my next event!
