About the Space
The space features an open 440 square foot studio space with Cathedral ceiling and plenty of natural light throughout the day. An additional 250 square foot space at the front of the building has a small kitchenette making it a perfect space for a client lounge area. Two half bathrooms complete the amenities. Basic grip included in rental price. Additional prop walls, seamless and backdrops available for additional cost | $25-$50 per day. Off street parking for up to six cars is available and the back parking area has a convenient back door for easy load in/out of any gear or supplies. Free on street parking is also available per city regulations. Conveniently located less than a half mile from the Framingham Commuter Rail Station and 15 minutes from the Mass Pike, this location is easy to access. The space is perfect for studio still life photography and portrait photography. Unfortunately this location is not handicap accessible.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is a great space for filming. We filmed a few green-screen stand-ups here. Perfect amount of space for a small green screen, lighting, and cameras. The location is set off a bit from the main road so traffic noise was not a problem. Very quiet. Clean and well stocked with amenities like folding tables, folding chairs, apple boxes etc.
