All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located in the heart of the vibrant Wynwood Arts District, this is Miami's original coworking space. In 2012, the founding members teamed up with the Knight Foundation and a group of angel investors to convert a 10,000 square foot warehouse into a shared office space and event venue. Yes, I would book again.
The space was so neat and creative. It really put some energy into our training and the location was at the heart of the arts district. All went so smoothly and the host was very attentive.
