Easily accessible 1400 SF Pasadena office space available for meetings, retreats, trainings, workshops, mixers, etc. Conveniently located near Art Center and Fair Oaks medical corridor. Next to Health Care Partners, across from Shriner's Children's Hospital, one block from Huntington Medical Center, and about 5 blocks from Old Town Pasadena. Spaces includes about 100 SF of open space, 3 small offices about 80 SF each, and one conference room about 100 SF. Includes is a kitchenette with sink, fridge, and microwave. Each office comes furnished with one desk and one chair. Open area contains a reception desk/chair, 4 own work stations of 1 desks/1 chairs, a large table for eating/meeting. Conference room contains meeting table and 6 chairs. All furniture may be rearranged by guest and must be put back in place when finished with space. Men's room and women's room are upstairs off the common hallways. May be shared with other upstairs occupants.

Nina was superb, wonderfully helpful and personable. The space was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, with some nice views of the San Gabriel mountains. Our church held a worship service in the space and were very well accommodated. We recommend it highly!

Nina was amazing. She was always there to answer my questions, and if there was any problem solving to be done logistically she was quick to come up with a response. The space was exactly what we were looking for and made our music video excellent. Again, working with Nina was so easy and her transparency in her communication was awesome. Great space.

Nina was very easy to communicate with throughout the scout, booking, and use of the space on the day. She was very kind and helpful and was able to get us parking in their lot. The space is very easy to use and adjust to your own needs - filming or a meeting (although the desks are fairly heavy to move, so use extra hands!). There's a kitchen area which is also very helpful. It's incredibly quiet despite being near a major road, so good for filming. It's in a central location so easy to get food/coffee in the area. Would highly recommend!
