Industrial Creative Space with Beautiful Natural Light in Downtown San Jose

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION**** We are deeply sad and grateful to share that we are moving spaces and this gorgeous studio will no longer be available for rent on Peerspace. Our calendar will remain open until the end of September so if you would like to use the space one last time, we urge you to book right away. We have had to sell the majority of our furniture, backdrops, seamless, etc. to accommodate our move/new space so we apologize that our studio is more sparse than usual. A few key furniture pieces that will remain until the end of September is our gorgeous leather couch and a velvet taupe loveseat. We cannot guarantee that we'll still have what is shown in our photos. However, the gorgeous lighting and the overall look/interior of the space is what really makes the space so lovely. Thanks so much to everyone who's booked with us and we hope to be able to offer a space like this again in the near future. Little Sunday Studio Description: This space doubles as our office and studio and we are excited to share it with the creative community in the South Bay. The rentable area is 1,100sf and is perfect for portrait sessions, product shoots, fashion shoots, creative projects, and meetings. We are located in downtown San Jose, near San Jose State. We have quick access to freeways, and around the corner is Academic Coffee. The studio features an industrial vibe with high ceilings and brick walls with one plain white wall as well. There are six large windows (south and west facing) that allow tons of natural and dynamic direct light to come in. We have a beautiful Article leather sofa and a velvet taupe loveseat that are included in your rental. There is a private bathroom that is sanitized daily. We have an entire wall full of props that is able to be rented for a flat fee. Our prop collection includes plates, glassware, fake plants, cups, vases, wooden boxes, colored MDF risers/shapes, dried props, vintage cameras, marble props, acrylic props, and much more. Props are subject to change so please contact us ahead of booking to see if we have what you're looking for. Our studio is easily accessible by car and we offer two parking spots in the gated parking area. If you have more than two cars, we ask that you utilize the free street parking. **Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace policy. The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in and teardown time is included in your rental so please book accordingly. Hard to clean props such as glitter or plant debris are expected to be cleaned up using the cordless vacuum provided in the space. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of $30. Please treat our studio as if it was your own. We understand that things happen, so if anything breaks during your rental period please let us know immediately so that we can help. There may be a replacement fee for damaged equipment/props. If your project requires 6 or more people present in the studio at the same time there will be an hourly surcharge.
