COVID-19 Community Safety Notes + Measures: We are committed to providing a healthy and safe space for creatives to rent. Therefore, we are cleaning and sanitizing our space before/after every rental to ensure the safety of our community. We ask that you please wash your hands (20 seconds) upon entering the space. We will provide a disinfectant station by our kitchen that includes soap, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, and disposable gloves. Our mini fridge and microwave will be off-limits during this time but we will continue to offer coffee to our guests. Due to the increased cleaning/sanitization, our minimum hours has increased to 4 hours. This new minimum will help us space out bookings and allow for enhanced cleaning. **Send us a message if the day or time you want is blocked off, we may be able to rearrange our schedule to be available. This space doubles as our office and studio and we are excited to share it with the creative community in the South Bay. Our studio is perfect for product shoots, small fashion shoots, creative projects, and small meetings. We are in walking distance to downtown Campbell which has lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We allow renters to use our prop collection which includes several backgrounds, fabric, plates, cups, plants, wooden boxes, and much more. Our collection of 53” seamless is available for an additional $35 fee. We also have a hair/makeup station stocked with hygiene items for touch-ups. Props and backgrounds/colors are subject to change so please contact us ahead of booking if you need something specific. On the studio side, there is 550sf of space with 8.5’ ceilings. There is an additional 500sf of space on the office side that may be rented for an additional fee depending on availability. Our studio is easily accessible by car and we offer one parking spot in the covered parking area. If you have more than one car, we ask that you utilize the free street parking, or the Second Street Parking Garage which offers free 10 hour parking and is a 6 minute walk away. There are also several bus stops close by, and we are just a 10 minute walk from the downtown Campbell light rail station. **Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace policy. Please return the studio to the exact condition you found it in. If the studio is not clean after use and if props are not returned there will be an additional $100 fee. If your project requires more than 5 people present in the studio at the same time there will be +$10/hour surcharge for every extra person (paid via Peerspace after the shoot). Please, try staggering call times so that the space doesn't get overcrowded. Rentals include the equipment listed below, you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer as long as you protect the gear that is here. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. What a great space! From booking to actually photographing here, it was simplest process. They have everything you can imagine here. Backdrops, props, etc. I didn't even end up using any of the lights because the natural light coming into the room was enough! The free coffee is nice too! ;) Will DEFINITELY be using this space again
