  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This heavenly outdoor oasis in Santa Clarita is available for your Off-site Needs. Incredible views, gorgeous sunsets, palm trees, gazebo, pool, full bar, lounge chairs and more! RENTAL IS FOR EXTERIOR SPACE ONLY : OUTDOOR PATIO + BATHROOM: Rental is for the exterior areas of the house only. A full private bathroom near the pool area will be made available for guest use (pictured). PARKING: Max number of vehicles permitted to park in our driveway is 8 and an additional cars can be parked on street. ALCOHOL: Alcohol is allowed. Please no glass around the pool. Amenities include: - Seating for 30-40 people - Tables - Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, Mini-Fridge & Sink - Projector

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We rented this space for a graduation party and it was fantastic. Holli was a wonderful and accommodating host who was easily accessible whenever we had questions. It was a great space to unwind and relax. Very beautiful space overlooking the city. Good for golden hour pictures. Would definitely consider the space again for future parties.
