Boutique Recording & Production Studio Welcome to our glorious 2-story industrial loft that's both modern and fully functional. The space is well equipped for small to mid sized projects.  Perfect for ADR, Voice Over, Spotting Sessions, Sound Mixing, Music Composing, Music Production, Writing Sessions, Recording, and Intimate Music Videos. Live Room (650ft with high ceilings of 22ft) Control Room (20 X 20) with Diamond Whisper Room Booth w/ Monitor for ADR/VO (located in Control Room) Kitchenette (20X10) The downstairs houses our Post Sound Studio (5.1) with a vocal booth large window, plus velvet seating for maximum comfort. Upstairs is the one of a kind soaring vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, to the exposed brick, and the full modern kitchen crafty/catering. Set up as our Live Foley Room (with moveable Foley Pit). Surrounded by acoustic paneling, Several large Gobo walls, Guitars, Amps, Baby Grand Piano and much more. Natural light floods the space throughout the day. The entire space is AIR CONDITIONED! Step outside the loft and take a break! The rooftop provides amazing views of the city, a large lounging area and a seating area perfect for eating. Features: Large Live Room, Mix Room and Whisper Room Recording Booth with Enginner(s). Please note we do not rent out the space to other Engineers. A booking includes one of OUR own Engineers.
