Our dance studio is the perfect for dance rehearsals & auditions, but also doubles as a great blank space to host workshops, classes, and other small events that do not require food & beverage (due to the flooring). Amenities of the space include: • Sprung Oak Flooring • Aux plug in speaker • 705 SQ FT • Mirrored walls • Chandelier lighting

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

Great space in downtown Philly area! There’s a parking garage a couple minutes away unless you prefer street parking. The studio has a large space, fit nine dancers, and has mirrors. There’s also sound equipment and two bathrooms. Host was very kind and responds quickly.
