Located in the heart of bustling SOMA, our offsite suite has expansive views of the city skyline and bay. Our space is ideal for teams looking to retreat for the day into a contemporary and modern oasis. Versatile enough to host groups up to 150 people. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, off-sites, brainstorming sessions, presentations, photoshoots, film shoots, and team events. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Use of the lounge, kitchen, and dinning room - WiFi - Music capability with pre-set stations. - Access to the outdoor Patio Area (non-exclusive) *Outdoor space that is NOT PRIVATE - you will see our residents and staff walk through and they are able to use the space, but as long as you are comfortable sharing, you may enjoy our peaceful courtyard *Please note that AV only works with a PC and not compatible with an Apple laptop FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS - No smoking on the premises (including Redwood Grove) -No confetti, glitter, adhesives, or other decorations which may damage flooring, paint, or otherwise cause a delay for our custodial team are allowed; guest must clear any and all decorations with event manager prior to the event. Additional cleaning fee/damage. -Guests must provide proof of insurance (venue-specific) and valid permits for all outside vendors -No pets allowed -Any guests under 21 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times ADDITIONAL EVENT INSURANCE Event Insurance is required. You may obtain it by purchasing through eventhelper.com. Upon booking, Host will provide you with insurance inclusions within the COI. LOAD-IN/LOAD-OUT All load-ins and load-outs must take place within the designated timeframe we agree to. If there is an event prior to yours a timed delivery will be required. Guest is responsible for checking in and/or handling any items brought into the venue. FURNISHINGS/ARTWORK The artwork and furniture cannot be moved except by explicit permission from management. The artwork on display ranges from $5,000 to $50,000 just to give you an idea. The guest is responsible for any damage to the artwork/furniture/premises should it occur. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I highly recommend this space if you are looking for a beautiful place to host over 100 people. The vibe is mellow, the staff is helpful and it’s easy to load in/out with their carts. If you plan on playing music make sure you reserve enough of your time to figure it out with staff as it is really tricky. Bring backup Bluetooth speakers!!!

Wonderful space- tons of space. We had about 19 people and there was plenty of room, and definitely room for more. If the weather was better (aka not raining) we would have used the outside area as well! It's beautiful. Great staff. Very responsive and helpful. The only issues we had were setting up AV. The TV is a combo of 4 TVs and you can only get it to operate as one TV on a PC. We all had macs. The building staff was excellent though and helped us get setup on one of their PC computers. It is also a very tightly secured building so makes it hard to move in and out of the space, but security is important and it wasn't a huge issue for us. Would definitely book the space again.

The space was very nice. However, only a part of the TV worked for displaying from a Mac (so the 200” display was inaccurate for us) and we fund the staff inattentive to us as we were both trying to access and set up the space.

Beautiful space that worked well for our 9 person team offsite! The outdoor area was perfect for breakouts. The host was also extremely helpful in helping us get the AV setup. Would book again!
