Located in the heart of bustling SOMA, our offsite suite has expansive views of the city skyline and bay. Our space is ideal for teams looking to retreat for the day into a contemporary and modern oasis. Versatile enough to host groups up to 150 people. Our space is versatile and best suited to accommodate these types of professional activities: meetings, offsites, brainstorming sessions, presentations, photoshoots, filimshoots, and team events. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Use of the lounge, kitchen, and dinning room - WiFi - Music capability with pre-set stations. - Access to the outdoor Patio Area (non-exclusive) *Outdoor space that is NOT PRIVATE - you will see our residents and staff walk through and they are able to use the space, but as long as you are comfortable sharing, you may enjoy our peaceful courtyard FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Beautiful space that worked well for our 9 person team offsite! The outdoor area was perfect for breakouts. The host was also extremely helpful in helping us get the AV setup. Would book again!
