Midtown Museum with Hip Contemporary Aesthetic

You are more than welcome (and encouraged!) to take in our exhibitions during your event. We ask that you respect rules about taking food and drink into the exhibition and that you and your guests do not touch objects on display. In other words, you show the same respect for our exhibitions that you would for the exhibitions in any museum. CATERING We allow outside caterers, and we are happy to share our list of favorites with you. We do require that you used a licensed caterer and that they leave the museum as clean as they found it when they arrived. Caterers can arrive prior to your event for set-up, but we ask that they coordinate with us about that and that they are respectful of the fact that we may be open to the public when they load-in and avoid unnecessary disruption. Please note that we do not provide serving trays, utensils, disposable plates, or other catering supplies. No candles, no open flames, no red wine or other drinks that stain. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. Guests must also have event insurance. EXHIBITIONS Exhibitions cannot be modified in any way for events, i.e. you are not allowed to remove things from the walls, to move objects or the pedestals that support them, to hang anything on the walls, or to make any other changes. While you can put posters or signs on easels in our lobby, they are not allowed in our exhibition space. KITCHEN Our kitchen has a fridge and cooler, dishwasher and microwave and you are welcome to access them all while you are here. We do not have a stove or oven. Be a good citizen and clean up after yourself. It is expected that guests and caterers leave the kitchen clean when they depart. DELIVERIES Please arrange all deliveries in advance with the museum representative. OTHER RULES No smoking, no vaping, no kidding. All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing. MODA furniture can only be moved with permission from the staff.
