About the Space

Large 1272sqft Yoga Studio, movement, and open dance space available for photo and video shoots. Great natural light and a beautiful exposed brick wall backdrop. Accessible space two bathrooms, two changing rooms, small kitchen area in a Historic Building in downtown Ballard near shops, restaurants, hotels, bus line. Beautiful brick wall and lots of sunlight shining in a wall of windows. • 3 10ft Tables • 30 Chairs • Sound System • 2 Restrooms • Kitchenette • Street Level • Public Transit • Outside Food & Drink require site manager approval • Metered Street Parking | Free Street Parking a few blocks away

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Pretty cool space. I had an event here back in Sept. Parking was the only thing that wasn’t so great so definitely plan for that, other than that it was a good time! Kevin was cool, comes off kinda annoyed but that’s just Kevin I guess, and understanding and helped out a lot, even allowed for me to come check out the space ahead of time to do measurements and early the day of the event to set up!! But other than that very accommodating host and truly wants to see your event do well! Through conversations I could tell that Kevin actually enjoys sharing the space with creatives in the area.
