About the Space
Our multi-studio dance school is available for full buyout. This space is typically booked for large rehearsals, birthdays, educational classes, workshops, and more. Booking of our space includes two studios: Large Studio: • Sprung Grey Marley Flooring • Sonos Sound System and aux plug in speaker • 1225 SQ FT • Mirrored walls • Chandelier lighting • Whitewashed walls • Bathroom Small Studio: • Sprung Oak Flooring • Sonos Sound System and aux plug in speaker • 705 SQ FT • Mirrored walls • Chandelier lighting * Food and beverage allowed in this studio

Parking description
There are many streets with free parking or 2-3 hour parking that are walking distance from the studio.
General Rules
• No food or drink in the large studio
• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
• All rentals include setup and teardown time
• Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
• Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
All ages are allowed in the space

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have limited the capacity in the dance studio and spaced out rentals and rehearsals at least 30 minutes apart to allow for proper cleaning and disinfecting.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
