Additional Info: OVERTIME/TAILLIGHTS - IMPORTANT Overtime will be charged at time and a half (1.5x hourly rate) for all time elapsed from after the scheduled booking ends until taillights - when the last truck or crew vehicle pulls away from the property. Crew and vehicles working on the street after booking hours will be charged overtime due to the noise and parking impact on our neighborhood and how this affects our business after your production has left. 15 minutes of grace period to finish wrapping out will be provided free of charge unless exceeding 15 minutes of overtime. RENTAL PERIOD All rentals include load-in and wrap-out time. Please allow enough time for your production to return the property back to it’s original condition. "Taillights"is the end of your booking window. FURNITURE Please ask permission to remove or rearrange the furniture and plan to return items to their original location, but we understand the nature of production and we are easy to work with. SMOKING No smoking indoors/outdoors on property. ANIMALS Animals must be approved by host in advance. DO NOT BRING ANIMALS TO SET WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. NOISE Please respect our neighbors and act as if they were your neighbors and keep all noise to a minimum. No loud noise after 10pm. When wrapping out after 10pm, please be mindful of dropping metal gear, laughter and no yelling. BATHROOM The treehouse has one bathroom. ** IMPORTANT ** - For productions with more than 15cast/crew, portable restroom(s) are REQUIRED to be provided by production. The length of the production and number of people will determine if a toilet rental is needed. ** DAMAGES/INSURANCE We understand accidents happen, so please be communicative with us if something gets damaged. We ask that any damaged item be replaced or that we are compensated for any repairs and damage. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be clear, communicative and up front with what you're looking to do with your event or production. We are collaborators and truly want to make your project a success! When you inquire, please include as much information as possible, including but not limited to: total number of cast & crew, dates, hours (including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down, pre-scout) and any other information you feel is pertinent. FOOD & DRINK Food and drink permitted outdoors with the exception of alcohol. PARKING. Parking on the street. Parking on site at house on case by case as it is an unpaved steep road. CLEAN UP All trash and recycling must be removed at the end of your booking and if approved, some may be placed in our outdoor bins (space permitting), and otherwise removed from the premises. Do not overload our trash bins, and please leave some room for our trash. Please leave cabin the way you found it - clean and tidy. RECYCLING We strive to be green. For smaller productions, you can recycle plastic bottles and cans in our large blue recycle bin. FILM LA PERMIT (if applicable) may be required, depending on nature of production.
