Bar tables and stools indoors can be moved outdoors. • Tables (9) - Inquire for size - 4 dining tables, 5 bar tables • Kitchen - Stove, oven, freezer/refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, filtered water, wine/bottle opener, 6 serving spoons, and 2 spatulas • Vintage phone booth great for pictures • One restroom • High-Speed Wifi • Private meeting room • Street-level access • Smart TV with HDMI cable or projector screen available as an add-on • LED monitors with VGA cable • One small portable Bluetooth speaker is an amenity. Two 12-in speakers are available as an add-on. Some of the artwork is also on rotation and may not reflect what's currently displayed. Please ensure enough time in your booking to include set up and cleanup of your event. You will also need to bring your own utensils and kitchen tools, including plates, cups, knives, forks, spoons, and coffee/tea supplies. This space is ideal for conducting classes, holding meetings of all types (client, team, creative), group work sessions, meetups, mixers, training, and workshops. It is also a great space for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, and intimate events.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was lovely - I'd say that it exceeded expectations, based on the online description. Ebonie is a lovely host, and we were thrilled by the experience of having our son's first birthday party in her space. The extra cleaning fee (kid party, so completely understandable) made us feel like we could walk away without having to scrub the floors, which ended up being exactly the right way to end a beautiful afternoon.

The place was very spacious! Hosts were very nice and accommodating! The speaker/Bluetooth was easy to pair and had a strong connection wherever I went. Lastly, EVERYONE LOVED THE GLOW ROOM! All the art was heavily appreciated!! Definitely would use this space again. 💛 Back yard space was beautiful and everyone enjoyed that as well

Gorgeous space. Warm, dynamic, a really nice balance between chic and comfy. Ebony was very accommodating and lovely to work with. Everyone at the event loved the space. The outdoor space is gorgeous. I'd absolutely book again.

This venue was a dream! We hosted our daughter’s first birthday and held a dedication ceremony for her here—the venue made every part of this celebration everything it was. Ebonie was accommodating and responsive the entire time. Ebonie was clear in our communication that helped relieve any natural stress for planning an event. The day of the event both Ebonie and Amelia had the space set up as I envisioned that all we had to do was set up decorations. They even filled water jars for us to use for our party. It instantly felt like community effort from the beginning. The space was accommodating in all ways possible from the outdoor area-we had a taco vendor set up easily in the back. We had a DJ set up near the front door to set up the music and mood of the space. The kitchen and restroom was conveniently located in the middle of the space to have easy access and flow through the party. The private game room was used for the kids area. The venue had everything we needed and more. Definitely would recommend this space for those wanting an intimate space to host milestone celebrations or have a workspace that offers indoor and outdoor spaces to be creative while getting work done. Thank you Ebonie and Amelia for helping us create such a memorable celebration for our family.
