All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The workshop features beautiful indoor and outdoor handmade furniture, artwork, and native garden installations. The interior has been curated as lounge / free form space with a unique desk and costume built couch. This space seats at least 14 people and holds 30 people including standing individuals. There is also a kitchenette with a tasteful wine fridge, a small pantry, and plenty of counter space. The exterior is essentially a beer garden. There is a long feasting table that seats 16 people and throughout the yard there are various benches to sit and enjoy the ambiance. There is a separate serving table made of edge live edge wood and plenty of space to move around and mingle. All in all, we've had well over 100 people at past events. It should be noted that the bathroom is essentially just a toilet with a separated sink outside the water closet.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
This space was spectacular. The interior is filled to the brim with large art pieces on the walls, beautiful wallpaper, perfect lighting, and plenty of space for food and drinks. As for the outside: there’s a beautiful garden wall, an unbelievable table and benches, and what amounts to a large open space for entertaining. Can’t think of a better location to have held a podcast release party and look forward to doing it again.
