-This space is perfect for private events, classes, pop up shops, meetings, movies, etc. -The space is located on Ventura Blvd. in Tarzana between Encino and Woodland Hills (prime location in the valley near the 101 fwy) -The entrance has tall ceilings with plenty of sunlight. The drapes may be pulled for privacy during events -We are a large lush salon space but most furniture may be moved or rearranged to make space. There is a separate room in the back (600 sq ft) with a sink and fridge for food/storage. -The only thing that can not be moved is the 3 pedicure sinks on the floor which can easily be covered with a long table (approximately 13 ft) May be used as a seating area or bar space. -May use furniture we have by request. -Sonos speakers installed (links with your music account)
