All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our modern 4,800 square foot, multi-room, creatively designed and inspired Chicago/West Loop Loft space is ideal for hosting meetings, creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, focus groups, company off-sites, product launches and corporate presentations. Our Chicago space is located in the heart of Chicago's West Loop, amidst a wealth of some of Chicago's best and newest restaurants. It is a classic loft - high ceilings, spacious and modern. There are two large meeting rooms that can separate or combine into one, with numerous other areas and rooms throughout the space, both private and semi-private, that can be utilized for breakouts. We only host one client at a time at any of our spaces. Included in every rental: standard office supplies (easels, post-it flip charts, legal pads, pens, etc.), wifi, bottled waters, AppleTV, 60” and 80” HD monitors with standard laptop hookups. For additional audio/video needs, please inquire within. Furniture moving and/or removal fees may apply.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
