If your job needs the floor to be freshly painted black or any custom colors, a fresh coat can be applied prior to your arrival for - FLOOR PAINTING: - BLACK: $300 full floor - CUSTOM COLORS: Custom Floor Painting Services for custom color requests (Blue, Green, Black, Gray, you name it, we paint prior to arrival and restore to black after. Pricing varies per job needs, but paint labor is $25/hr and $150 per 5 gallon. Full floor restoration back to black is $300 if done through studio personnel. Yes, we have several rigging points previously installed by professional stunt advisors in the beams. New points may only be installed into ceiling beams with written approval from studio management - Can I drive a car into the stage? Oh yes! You can actually drive a bus in your like! 14 Hour Daily Rental Period, Overtime billed hourly beyond at $175 Cyc Floor Repaint Fee - $250 Stage AC - $175/day or $25/hr (4hrs max) Scissor Lift -$90 Certificate of insurance must be provided prior to commencement of rental. Cancellations and refunds are governed by Peerspace policy. Renter is advised to perform a walkthrough inspection of condition of stage and occupied support facilities with on duty studio representative prior to departure. Renter must depart stage in accordance with stage checkout policies outlined in the rental agreement. Renter may use dumpster for disposal of bagged general trash with the exclusion of waste from set construction, leftover paint, set dressing, props, construction and paint materials. materials in dumpster without explicit permission will be subject to fees up to $150. Set waste should be carried out with renter and disposed of according to city regulations.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
