Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
This Hollywood treehouse is located in the hills surrounded by large, lush trees and lots of greenery. The location features an entire wall of windows allowing natural light to pour in, a white leather couch, vintage cowhide rug, and amazing rock'n'roll details throughout the space including an upright piano, Beatles & Bowie posters, a record player and countless records. Currently only the entryway, living room and dining room are available for shoots, productions, or events (bedrooms coming soon). This is a space you'll fall in love with! It's located down a few flights of stairs (it is tucked away after all!) so be cautious while loading in and loading out. The ceilings are massive at over 10+ feet tall, which makes it extremely convenient for crews to use audio & lighting equipment. Please be aware that we slightly raise our rates for crews of 10 or more. There is ample street parking available.

Great place. Love the set up. It’s brighter on the photos than in real life. But maybe it was a different time of day. Nevertheless still able to capture great photos. Just suggest bringing external lighting.
