Historic timber loft event space offering over 6,500 square feet of exposed brick, hardwood floors, and skylights on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. We’ll make sure the vision for your special production becomes a reality. Our historic venue located on Michigan Avenue offers everything you need to create the stunning occasion you and your guests will always remember. Amenities include custom lighting, votive package, tables, chairs, onsite couples lounge, photo booth, eclectic lounge scapes, coat check, and valet available.
Decor Nothing may be tacked or nailed to the walls, no confetti, glitter, bird seed or open flame. Timing Approved vendors and deliveries can start no earlier than 4 hours prior to the event time unless otherwise approved. Load in and out must occur on the same day of the event. Catering Sadly, due to strict City Guidelines and Insurance Liabilities, all catering must be provided by an approved caterer. We currently allow outside caterers on a case by case basis and they must sign a catering agreement prior to you booking them. Beverage We currently have a partnership with a bartending service to provide BYOB and full beverage packages.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
