Our venue is multi-functional, versatile and spacious. The 7,200 sq. foot space is divided into three smaller rooms in the front with a combination of exposed brick walls and luxurious wallpaper and chandeliers, and a large art gallery style space in the main hall with white brick walls, bow truss ceiling, concrete floor and four impressive chandeliers. One of the smaller rooms in the front is designed as a Victorian-style boudoir and the other as a cigar room. The third room is a Victorian-style parlor. The main hall lends itself to a variety of set-ups, including long tables for weddings, product launch events, photography and film shoots. With the dozens of interesting pieces of furniture and other decorations that come with your rental, you can dress up this place to make it your own. The space also offers a staircase and balcony and a club-style restroom with two men's and two women's stalls. A second restroom is a Victorian-style unisex, handicap accessible restroom. We do not allow the sale of alcohol, whether directly or indirectly. We do not allow any events that are advertised on social media. We do not allow smoking. The space comes decorated as is. You may move the furniture as long as you return the pieces to their original place. When moving furniture, please pick up the pieces instead of dragging them across the floor; the lacquered floor can be easily scratched.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
