- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

About the Space
Studio B totals 1,200 square feet of well-lit intimate space, with a separate entrance and on-site bathrooms. 'The Lounge' as we like to call it, is perfect for private parties, photo shoots, and production projects. Studio B is flexible by square foot and offers a range of shoot locations, and open concept ideas. Amenities include backdrop options/varipole system, changing station, wet-bar and a private bathroom. Wardrobe steamers and rolling racks are provided along with a selection of props, accessories, art and furniture to help make your next production seamless and next level. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
