Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This space is perfect for meetings, photo shoots, private gatherings, baby showers, with extra privacy for photo shoots and movie shoots, etc. This chic loft style condo is located in an amazing downtown Atlanta location in the neighborhood of Castleberry Hill. It features exposed duct work and 11 foot ceilings. It is within walking distance to many downtown attractions such as the Mercedes -Benz stadium (.4 miles), State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), CNN Center, Centennial Park, The Georgia Aquarium and much more! The unit is located in a secure and gated community with on site parking. The condo is within a gated community with keyless entry access points for ease of entry. We provide a full kitchen with access to cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups for your guests. The space holds 8-10 guests comfortably but we are willing to accommodate more depending on your event. Unfortunately, we no longer offer free parking. There were guests who were parking in other owners' designated parking spaces. If you need parking for 1 vehicle, please enquire and we can let you know if it is available on a case by case basis. Otherwise, there is plenty of free street parking on Walker Street for you and your guests. Parking in the complex visitor spots are at your own risk and may be booted.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Perfect space for an intimate gathering! I had a game night with friends and it looks just like the pics. Elizabeth always responds right away even on the night of. Instructions to the gate were extensive but worked. Would rent again!

The place is good and the host is super cool. However, if you are recording sound, one thing to keep in mind is that a train comes through in the daytime. We were filming a talk show style project with long takes. So the 3 times that the train came, we had to stop filming and start from the top. This was a little set back that contributed to more overtime... Which in turn caused us to have to pay more. So that’s just something to keep in mind. Other than that, no complaints.
