It’s great for all types of meetings, meet and greets. classes, workships, summer camps, we’re sure you’ll love this cozy space for your next gathering. Event Space For Hire offers discounts for weekly reservations. This event space does not allow access or use of the storefront windows where art exhibitions are installed. Pleae let us know if your group is larger than 15 guests. Located at 411 Monmouth Street, Jersey City, NJ, 07302 near the Grove Street PATH train station, street parking is allowed on weekends, evenings, and park for two hours for free during the day. Food and beverages are welcome. Amenities include a movable smart flatscreen 40 inch TV, speakers, professional track lighting and spot lights, five 24x48” tables, 3 expandable dining tables, 50 foldable chairs, 2 fridges, microwave, coffee cart, toaster, 1 couch, shelves, coatrack, 2 restrooms with essentials, fantastic natural light, street level with easy loading in and out, and more. We are located just off the corner of Newark Avenue, a 10 minute walk from the booming area at the Grove Street Path station.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I wanted to thank Viktoria for being a great host. The space is great and accessible in downtown Jersey City. We used the space to do some of our creative work. There are 2 bathrooms, large rooms and a lot of lighting! Viktoria was always available to answer my concerns. Will definitely book again.

The place was very nice, The Baby shower was a hit with everyone. The only the that bothered me a bit was that there was no hot water to wash the dishes with. And, not all of the outlets worked.

The space should be described better (i.e no window access, only one AC for the entire space, limited natural light coming through the blocked windows). Also, there was a little snafu 3 weeks before my event as host forgot to mention another group having a meeting colliding with my baby shower however the host corrected the timing. Overall, host was communicating with me and was responsive. I wish the rooms were cleaned better (couch was very stained and I saw several uncleaned spots on the floor). One of the toilets was leaking when flushed so that should have been checked before my event.
