This industrial-meets-wood themed event space provides a secluded 4.559sqft, corporate-styled, intimate space with its own dedicated reception and dining area. Eclectic elements of screens, advanced audio system, warm woods, and accent lighting offer a fully customizable environment perfect for corporate medium-size events, standing receptions, seated dinners, startup pitchings or evening events. The space is divided into three main areas: - SMALL EVENT SPACE (up to 60 people seated): which can be also opened to the lobby to create and entire larger space - LARGE EVENT SPACE (up to 120 people seated) - LOBBY: which provides access to the space and can be also used as catering area or for other side activities meanwhile two events are happening at the same time.

This area was large enough for our group of 95, and worked beautifully to turn into a Happy Hour space. There wasn't a lot of information on where to put trash or what spaces could be used and how to manage technical issues, so we had to rely on our hosts for these things. This is fine, but caused some stress during the event. I also would recommend going with their caterer or a caterer that will also tear down after each meal (NOT PEERSPACE), as we had breakfast and lunch catered and had to scrounge for trash bags and find a place to stash them during the event...

Without the help of MTB, my meeting would likely not have happened. As my scheduled venue became increasingly unreliable, I reached out to MTB through Peerspace at the 11th hour, and Frederico (and by extension, the wonderful Gian Marco) accommodated my group efficiently, effortlessly, and professionally. The venue is 100% accurate to its description and photos and the acoustics in the meeting space are pitch perfect. The rates are very reasonable and oftentimes lower than the competition—even outside normal working hours.
