Intimate, unique event space in large alley behind Atlas Theater & H Street Country Club. Perfect for small get togethers, baby showers, fundraisers, or pop-up events. Ground floor space with easy load-in and out access - park directly in front of the space during setup and breakdown. Lofted 2-story entrance provides a well-lit welcome to your guests. COVID CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS: Maximum 15 guests inside at any one point in time for private events. Maximum 5 people inside for retail / pop-up events open to the public. Rental includes the full first floor space. No kitchen. Strollers may be parked outside and are visible from the interior. Catering options nearby include Bullfrog Bagels, Maketto, and Sospeso. Parking is available on H street (metered) and in the surrounding neighborhood (2 hour street parking). Space includes two 6'x30" tables, one 4'x24" table, and 18 chairs (half white stacking, half wooden). Furniture may be moved around to suit your needs but must remain in the space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space was perfect for a small pop up event I hosted for my business. Even with the current social distancing restrictions, I was able to interact with my customers & they had a great time. The space was clean, easily accessible, & in a great location on the H Street corridor. Shavanna & Aaron were very pleasant, excellent communicators, & an absolute joy to work with. I definitely plan to use this space again!

Amazing space, perfect for my event. Only thing I would say is if your hosting here you may want to send a video or picture of the alley way entrance. It’s not hard to find but some people may miss it. Other than that it’sa great and clean space. Had everything I needed.

The Host Shavanna (and Aron) were very cooperative to facilitate my event according to my specific needs in this space. In addition to this, Shavanna was even willing to help me to solve the issue that came after completing the event. Generally, I was glad to find this affordable lovely space that is run by so friendly and trustworthy host.
