Intimate, unique event space in large alley behind Atlas Theater & H Street Country Club. Perfect for small get togethers, baby showers, fundraisers, or pop-up events. Ground floor space with easy load-in and out access - park directly in front of the space during setup and breakdown. Lofted 2-story entrance provides a well-lit welcome to your guests. COVID CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS: Maximum 15 guests inside at any one point in time. Rental includes the full first floor space. No kitchen. Strollers may be parked outside and are visible from the interior. Catering options nearby include Bullfrog Bagels, Maketto, and Sospeso. Parking is available on H street (metered) and in the surrounding neighborhood (2 hour street parking). Space includes two 6'x30" tables, one 4'x24" table, and 18 chairs (half white stacking, half wooden). Furniture may be moved around to suit your needs but must remain in the space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This event space was great! The owner was nice and professional. Accessing the space was simple and easy. I used it for my drive by baby shower and it was perfect. I was able to create a photo booth and set up a table for party favors, a table for picture accessories, and a table for gifts. This space is not too big and not too small, it's perfect for intimate events. The 15 people rule is also perfect for this space because it does not get overcrowded with 15 people. I will definitely book this space for upcoming events in the future!
