All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Conveniently located off the 101 loop and Cactus in Scottsdale Arizona. House Studio is not your typical photo studio. Sure we have great natural light (and plenty of it) but that’s where the comparisons to other studios stop. The bricks on the west wall had to be massaged with an angle grinder for 30 hrs to achieve the right look. The corrugated metal wall installation used to be the roof of the building prior to remodeling. The redwood wall installations are made of the old fences that used to surround the lot. The 30X60 tile, imported from Italy mimics stamped concrete and offers an industrial look. All making for a truly unique space. Rates start at $50 an hour (with no hourly minimum) studio lights are included in the rental price as well as full use of the entertainment area complete with bathroom and kitchen.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
