All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a fully decorated and modern professional space designed specifically for podcasting and similar work. We are located in Glassel Park area and feature all top of the line equipment for audio and video recording. There is also a beautiful and furnished full yard area for your creative planning and brainstorming while renting the studio. Rental price is the base price that includes an Engineer and fully edited/mixed audio recording. Additional Services: 2 Camera Footage/Lighting raw footage +75/hr 2 Camera Footage/Lighting Edited Footage - message host Podcast Distribution and start up consultation - message host In Home Podcast Services- message host There are WiFi, A/C inside the studio, as well as ample street parking.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
