About the Space

This beautifully restored, 3,385 square feet, mid-century modern home, won awards when it was built in 1962 and when it was restored in 2008. It was San Diego Home & Garden Magazine’s “2009 Home of the Year.” The home sits on just more than an acre of handsome drought-tolerant gardens, including more than 30 types of trees. Past clients include: Sony, Nintendo, Chandon, HGTV, Nixon, Kleenex, Petco, The Food Network and more. (Resume available upon inquiry.) Clients love: the floor to ceiling window in every room, the resort feel of the pool, gourmet kitchen, plenty of room for full film crew, carport area for easy staging, gardens and outdoor decks with modern dining furnishings. Absolutely gorgeous location. Natural lighting indoors was phenomenal and there is a ton of various locations to work with on property. 10/10 recommend & definitely coming back.
