Welcome to our dance studio! Your all-in-one event location for any of your Private Parties, Social Events, Workshops, Dance/Yoga/Fitness, or just to catch up with friends. This is a beautiful and spacious event space in the heart of Belltown in Seattle. Direct access to street and plenty parking, is perfect and convenient for all the guests. • Speakers | PA System • 1 Restroom • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed | No Alcohol • Metered Street Parking • Kitchenette • Street Level **We do not offer tables + chairs** It is perfect for birthdays, receptions, intimate weddings, happy hour meet-ups, retirement parties, baby showers, dance workshops, pop up classes, and any other special event you want your guests to never forget! OVERTIME Per Peerspace’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Remember to include the time to set up and close during your booking hours. By the end time of your reservation, space must be vacated. CLEANING/ DAMAGES All items brought into the Studio must be removed. Any damages found on the wall, floor, and doors will be charged to the credit card on file in Peerspace. FURNITURE Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing in your own furniture. MISCELLANEOUS No smoking or vaping allowed No alcoholic beverages allowed No food or drinks near or on any electronic devices Peerspace’s cancellation policy applies. Is a cleaning service provided? You are only responsible to take with you whatever you bring to the studio, for example, food/decorations/drinks. All trash and recycling should be placed in appropriate bins at the end of the booking. The included cleaning is we will wipe down everything, vacuum, mop and take out the trash/recycle. Extra cleaning fees only apply if there is excessive trash left on the floors, tables, furniture, food/drinks spilled on equipment/sofa and staff is not notified. We understand accidents happen, just let us know and we are happy to take care of things.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

A great space for a party! We had our daughter’s 16th birthday party here and were able to comfortable accommodate 50 kids in one room with food and a DJ and dancing in the other room. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. They were very flexible and helpful as we had issues with drop off times for our table and chairs. The only down side was the toilet was leaking and flooded the bathroom during our party. This was not preventable and when I called they sent someone right over. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed since it was late, but I feel they tried to remedy the problem the best they could.
