The Buffalo House

*NOW OPEN TO EVENTS* We are excited to announce that the BUFFALO HOUSE will be open to EVENT bookings! With an all new, state-of-the-art 3 hole putting green, beautifully displayed amongst the green, lush, desert style garden, we have curated a fun environment for adults and children alike. Down the large open driveway we have a cleared out garage, set with with a fridge and freezer, comfy couches, and a coffee table, making it the ultimate hang out space. Attached to the garage is a beautiful sun lit back house, large enough to seat 40 people. Inside we have a large round 8 person poker table (with a full set of poker chips, if the party is interested), along with a 60'' flat screen TV, wifi, a large comfortable L-shape couch, and a beautiful coffee table, The office space is complemented with a huge teak deck (16 x 30ft) staged with beautiful outdoor patio furniture, including a large umbrella for shade. The deck has plenty of room for more outdoor seating, and we have more chairs stacked in the garage available on request. This space is perfect if you are looking to set up an adults only bar. This outdoor area also features a gorgeous oasis of trees, greenery, and succulents, adding enchantment for any occasion, day or night. The event space comes with a bathroom, and private access to the main house for storage, and/or more event space. In the circumstance that you might need additional bathrooms, we are able to provide some clean “luxury” porta potties. Free street parking, and plenty of on site parking. The driveway can fit at least 8 cars, and catering vans can easily back in to the garage with direct access to the garage freezer and fridge. Chip off the deck and enjoy your favorite cocktail this summer at The Buffalo House! *** Side note: -We just politely ask that our renters take their trash with them after their rental time commences (we have had a few experiences of overflowing bins that can be difficult to manage.) -We prefer if productions don't pull permits for parking, as it upsets our neighbors. Without a permit, we will still always allocate the entire front of our property for parking crew and rigs, along with our 8 person driveway. Aside from that, we ask all talent and crew to park one street over from us (perpendicular to our street, about a 30 second walk from the property). All these streets have all-day free parking, and are very open. (This is another kindness we ask to keep our neighbors happy). - Please don't use the put put green as a holding area for equipment. It was installed with a lot of love and care, and shouldn't be treaded on too heavily. -And last but not least, we ask that if you rent the home at an early call time (which most productions usually are), we kindly ask you to try and keep the noise to a minimum when entering the set location. Our neighbors are very supportive of our business, but if we can keep them happy by keeping the noise to a minimum, then it helps hugely for us to keep the Buffalo house available for filming and productions :) Thanks so much, and we look forward to hosting you!
