We’re putting extra focus on high touchpoint, surface and workspace cleaning to meet global health and safety regulations. Physical distancing. We’ve taken and adapted the principles of physical distancing for the workplace. This includes how people move around our locations and business clubs, with clear information, signage and measures in place to make sure there’s minimal person-to-person contact. Visible signage. We’ve placed detailed health and safety guidelines on strategic points within our locations. These guidelines are there to remind people on getting down to business in the safest way possible. Support. Our dedicated global team of cleaning contractors, community managers, maintenance managers, account helpdesk coordinators, professional receptionists, IT engineers and many more are here to support you to run your business in the best and safest way possible. Safer meetings. We’ve established a meeting room safety protocol in order to make sure that people can continue to use our meeting rooms following health and safety guidelines. Because of this, you’ll find that our meeting rooms have been updated with spaced seating arrangements and signage to remind people of physical distancing, moving around clockwise, and maintaining a safe distance for catering.

About the Space

This space is perfect for shooting your next intimate business scenes, corporate portraits, lifestyle shoots, and video interviews. Our space is located on the 18th & 19th floor inside a 5 star high end building in the heart of the financial district with a gorgeous skyline view of Downtown Los Angeles. Our space is located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles with large windows letting in as much natural light as possible. There is a full kitchen, freight elevator access, multiple common area space for your next office setting production shoot. Additional Photos can be found here: https://www.smugmug.com/gallery/n-ksrvZ7/ LISTED RATE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: - (1) Window private office unit with city views available exclusively for shooting - Production shoots must be remained inside the private office unit at all times - (1) Onsite representative available on site throughout the day - Office furnitures to mix and match to create your own set design - Access to Freight Elevator with Certificate of Insurance provided 5 days prior to shoot COMMON AREAS: Shooting in the common area is not permitted during busy working office hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5pm. Common Area shooting will become available non exclusively after 5pm on the weekdays or anytime on the weekends. Please inquire within for more details. AVAILABLE OPTIONS FOR ADDITIONAL FLAT FEE PER DAY: - Conference room available for an additional fee of $500 from 9am - 5pm - Additional private office space ranges $300 - $600 depending on the size, number of rooms needed and availability PLEASE NOTE: Posted price per hour is for a crew of 15 people including crew & talent. All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time, so please include that when booking your reservation. Larger production shoot of the space or with exclusivity requests in certain areas are welcome & subject to higher rates. Custom pricing is available upon request or inquire within regarding a special rate for student film depending on availability. Hourly rate varies from $150 to $450/ hr depending on the type of shoot, production, and crew size. There will be a site rep present to assist, answer any questions you might have and to help make your experience the best one. All bookings requested the day before the booking start date without prior discussion and coordination are subject to denial or cancellation.
