About the Space
This is a one-of-a-kind space located on a large historic property that is ideal for all varieties of gatherings ranging from small groups to large parties. The entire property is 20,000 square feet which includes both covered and open areas and a variety of themed rooms and permanent installations. It is an artistic oasis adorned with an incredible array of murals and other art from the plethora of artists who have done residencies there. The large size and varied areas provide a variety of options including parties, art/music events, meetings, photo/video shoots, etc.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned and surfaces are disinfected on a regular basis. The floor is swept, moped and vacuum. The trash is collected and taken out daily. In the disinfection process a lot of alcohol and bleach is used to maximize the elimination of germs and dirt. We provide hygiene products such as hand sanitizer, soap and hand wipes.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
