This vibrant office space, meeting and event venue is located in the heart of Del Ray with a restaurant on site. Our space is located above coffee shops, an ice cream parlor, pharmacies, and shopping. The 2800 sq ft space includes a full kitchen, conference room, lounge space, and event area with amenities such as free WiFi, white boards, a projector, and a Polycom conference phone.
Outside food and beverages are permitted. We do not allow alcohol without prior consent. Drugs, smoking, and pets are not allowed in our space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
The space was a good size. Loved the vibrant colors on the walls and appreciated the use of the fridge for keeping things chilled. However, trash was left in the room from the pervious tenants. There was also a festival in the area that we were unaware of, which made logistics challenging. Also, there was no entrance from the back of the building where parking was located, so bringing in supplies was a bit of a hassle. Overall good experience.
