All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Beautiful corner unit loft with 12 ft. ceilings and south and west facing windows that provide great natural light. All equipment is free with booking (Except Paper. Read below) * One pull of white or black paper comes free with your booking. If you'd like to purchase a new roll of any color I can do that for $30 with 48 hours notice. Please note that the $30 is getting you two pulls from this new roll. You do not get to keep the entire roll. You can use the stairs to load in. If the landlord is in the building you might be able to use the Freight but I would not count on it. It is only 1 story up.

There are several outlets and the circuit breaker is located by the door if needed.

General Rules
Studio Rules
- Booking time includes load in and load out. Please be respectful of other peoples time. This space is usually very busy and many times booked back to back. Please make sure to pay attention to your time and leave enough time for break down and clean up.
- NO GLITTER
- NO LOUD MUSIC M-F 9a.m.-7pm. Be respectful of other tenants in the building or you will be asked to leave without refund.
- Studio / building doors must be kept closed at all times and locked behind you when finished.
- No open flame and/or toxic materials.
- No smoking inside the studio or hallways.
- Trash placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
- Please leave the space in the same condition you found it or you will be charged a minimum of $30 for a cleaning fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
No moving furniture and decorations
No smoke machines allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Two Security Cameras are in the studio to insure nothing gets broke or stollen.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
