Renovated to preserve its industrial charm, while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, the space can be adapted to a wide range of uses - from formal dinners, to photography shoots, to concerts, to corporate meetings, to cocktail receptions. The space has an occupancy of 49 people, who could be seated very comfortably or standing spaciously. The space is readily accessible by public transportation both from other areas of the North Shore and from Downtown Boston, and is a 30-35-minute drive from Downtown Boston. The space can be booked three ways: 1) just the main event area; 2) just the commercial kitchen; 3) the main event area and commercial kitchen combined. The space is managed by a full-service catering company, which can be engaged to provide catering for any events taking place within the space for an additional fee, based on the catering services requested.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
