About Norton Factory Studios
Located in Fruitvale, our space is a beautiful historic factory building, housing an artist collective, easily accessible by BART with plentiful evening and weekend parking. The sawtooth roofline provides a ton of natural lighting. Floor space is approximately 1300 square feet, supplied with ~50 folding chairs, as well as 5 large work tables on casters. Polished concrete floors and a frosted glass roll up door add to the industrial feel. The space can easily accommodate 50 people seated and up to 75 standing, is wheelchair accessible and has two bathrooms with a small kitchenette. A flat screen TV, and projector with screen and speakers are available for use. Free WiFi. Brewery next door as well as coffee roasters. Food trucks are welcome. Lectures, small classes, and ongoing group meetings are ideal for the space. Photo shoots, dance performances, and fashion shoots welcome.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was very clean and big. I was not aware that there would be people constantly walking in and out of the warehouse. Otherwise than that, the space is great and the noise is not too loud.
