Our space is an intimate event space right in Old City that can be customized to your needs. It is perfect for team co-working space, business retreats, workshops, and small social gatherings. Space includes outdoor patio. We provide wi-fi, rectangular or round tables, chairs, mini-fridge, and bathroom in space. ROOM DETAILS • A 700 square foot room • Fits 40 standing or 25 seated maximum capacity • 1 bathroom, No kitchen • Includes: Plasma TV, sound system, wifi, track lighting, tables, chairs, mini fridge • Available hours for rent will be 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday to Sunday • Rental hours include set up and clean up • Outside catering and vendors are allowed but not required • Pieces by local artists grace our gallery white walls or can be taken down • 35 Chairs + 4 Round Tables + 3 Rectangular Tables • 1 Restroom • Public Transit Parking • Metered + Free Street Parking • Bluetooth Speakers • Street Level • Outdoor Patio • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed Our available hours for rent is Monday to Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Rates for Monday to Thursday are $50/hour, minimum 3 hours. Rates for Friday to Sunday are $100/hour, minimum 3 hours. Rental hours include set up and clean up. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Everything was great except she had me clean up from her past event when in the agreement I just needed to set up my own event and then clean up my own event. I should have had to clean up the event prior as well.
