The venue features hardwood floors and windows offering beautiful natural daylight with an elegant night view. Includes prep area, annex room and front room. Max guest capacity is (50) guests. Overall, I had a good experience with the event space for our client offsite & strategy session. At times I wished the host was a bit more responsive but also recognize we had a tight deadline and holidays to contend with. For the most part, the space looks as advertised but could use a little refreshing for the paint, furniture, bathrooms, AV equipment, etc. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially day of. Overall, the event went well and our client and their guests had a great time!

We held a team building event, with some light refreshments and then a cooking workshop for 20. It was a solid fit. The space is large with lots of possibilities for layout, which is wonderful. There's a small prep kitchen that's well placed -sink, counter, fridge, even chafing trays and some ice buckets. (It's a bit grungy and the fridge is missing some shelves, but it's definitely workable.). They had a speaker we could plug a phone into for music which was nice. Restrooms are great. They include a space manager, who was very helpful and friendly. There are 2 bars, which is great (also a bit run down but totally workable). Quite a few tables and tons of chairs (ask about the style table you need [rounds vs long] if you have specific needs) Overall, the space is great. At night the lighting can feel a bit dim in spots, something to consider for a night event. I did book this over a holiday weekend on short notice so I offer this with some grains of salt, but even after that communication felt a bit slow. Keep that in mind if you need quick turnaround.

Overall, we had a great event in this venue. The booking was for half of the floor but we were able to later book the remainder of the floor at a discounted rate after our guest count expanded. That was extremely helpful. The staff on-site were very nice and responsive. The facilities were freshly cleaned but the back of house was disorganized, and the front of house was not in great shape. There was damage on the floor I pointed out at a site visit 3 months early and asked about over email and it was still not repaired. On the day of the event we were surprised to find that half of the ACs were not functional and only 1 of 7 uplights we requested were operable. I'd love to host a party at the venue again if the facilities could be repaired.
