Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Stacey was an amazing host, quick to respond, and flexible to work with.! She’s willing to help out with anything she can, she let us set up earlier and gave us extra time to clean up. Couldn’t of have had a better host.!:)

Initially, this booking started off well as the location contact was very attentive and responsive. This was for an editorial shoot so when we asked for a discounted rate they were accommodating and gave us a good rate for the location. That is why we were so surprised when we ran into issues with the location manager the morning of the shoot. The call time was 8am but they kept the crew waiting for 30 mins to open the doors and when the crew entered, it appeared as if there was a party the night before and no one bothered to clean up. There was also a strong smell. Our photography agent called the location manager when she heard of the mess and smell to discuss but the location manager was incredible rude and told her that for the discounted rate that we were only getting half the space. This was never mentioned before or after the space was booked. She also lied and said that the agent cursed at her which is completely false and rather than kindly offer to help rectify the situation, the location manager asked the agent if we wanted to cancel as if that was even a valid option the morning of the shoot when the entire crew/talent had already arrived. The location manager then hung up on our agent and proceeded to yell at our photographer in front of her crew and the celebrity about the discount. It was a very rough start to the day. To avoid any more issues with her, our crew did their best to set up as the location manager cleaned and after they left, the entire crew who was on edge for the entire shoot, made sure to clean up and leave everything of hers behind as best as they could. The wardrobe team were the last to leave and they did an extra sweep before they left just to make sure that the location was left in a good condition. The location manager did reach out to me later in the day and was apologetic but we were very unhappy with our experience. The bad start set the mood for the rest of the shoot day and the entire crew was left feeling uneasy with the location manager and being in the location for the rest of the day. Peerspace did provide good support with this issue and made sure that we were refunded our cleaning fee in addition to receiving a partial refund.

It was a beautiful space. Perfect for my book signing and group exhibition art show 'Reflection of Us.' Stacy was a wonderful host and I'm so thankful that I had the opportunity to use her space with much success might add. I highly recommend using this Loft for any event.
