Our space is approximately 2,200 square feet, including catering kitchen and two restrooms. It seats up 65 persons banquet-style and 85 persons theater-style seating. Our 20 by 20 front lobby opens directly into a 20 by 40 foot great room. We have a cafe area directly off of the great room, catering kitchen near a rear entrance with loading ramp (handicap accessible), quaint outdoor patio, and easy-to-find front entrance on the corner of a main street. The event space has easy access from the 110 Freeway, the 105 Freeway, and the 405 Freeway. We have free parking in three lots and street parking. Space Amenities: Our catering kitchen has microwave, deep sink, refrigerator, wide-counters, coffee machine, Keurig machine, and toasters. We have sixty five (65) new high-quality folding chairs (black) and (10) ten 6' folding tables (additional chairs and tables available), a 300-watt Bluetooth sound system with microphones, Wireless mics, Ring light with stand, projector screen, 50' movable monitor with DVD player and HDMI/VGA connectors, 10 by 10 step-n-repeat, portable whiteboard, internet-enabled color printer. ADD ONS All furniture is movable, allowing you to make the space work for you, whether you're having one big meeting with a stage and audience or breaking up into smaller groups. The parking lot can be converted to a private outdoor patio/lounge (additional rate applies) Kitchen Access available at the flat rate of $100.00 (includes refrigerator, large counter tops and wide kitchen sink). You'll only need to rent the kitchen if using the appliances and kitchenware. **Note: Elegant multi-purpose event facility located in old industrial building. Location is NOT soundproof. Generally quiet but hosts cannot guarantee silence. We are not a sound stage. Absolutely no pets (approval only). * Windows - Glass windows, 8 1/2 feet high and 12 1/2 feet wide * Ceiling - 10 feet high with LED lighting * Floors - High end carpeting (not in kitchen or restroom areas) * Lighting - Natural light + high end practicals w/ LED color * Outlets - Outlets conveniently spaced + overhead outlets

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I absolutely loved this place! Maxim the host was so gracious and kind to me and my guest. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and even offered to stay past my event time ending because it got started a bit late because of the rain. I will definitely book this space again. Maxim told me about His mother’s vision with the space and you can definitely feel her love there. God is pleased and so was I
