Our beautiful open space offers many possibilities, from workshops, gatherings, celebrations, or work meetings. Beautiful natural light through skylights and windows, big mirrors, wood floors, lots of sitting. Full bathroom and kitchen. Located near downtown San Pedro, a few blocks away from the Waterfront. No, I would not book again.

Very clean and host was there all day and asked for me to pay a cleaning fee and I did and she still made us clean up

Yes, I would book again.

I rented this space to hold a surprise party for my mom's 65th birthday. Silvia was very accommodating to my requests. The space was able to comfortably hold my rented tables and chairs, a 5 piece band, DJ, food buffet, and Bartender all ample room for a dance floor. I would book again for another event.
