I have to have a Tech onsite to ensure our A/V equipment isn't altered during the rental. • Outside Food Allowed, but you are responsible for making sure the theater looks the same way it did at the start of your rental when you leave. We have a dumpster out back where you can dispose of the waste from your event. • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL...Credit/Debit Bar available with a fee ($35 per hour) vs. tips guarantee • Ample free parking (40 spaces) plus another free lot across the street 1200 square foot Private outdoor deck. Full array of Audio Visual equipment available, including projector and screen, (6) wireless mics, music sound system, piano and customizable light lighting. TECH FEE(required) is $250 for a person to run simple tech for your event (One handheld mic, sound system and simple stage lighting). Additional mics at $25 each and use of the Projector/Screen is $200. You are more than willing to move the chairs and tables as you see fit, but they must be returned to the original theater style layout by the end of your rental. Set up and break down time must be included in your rental window. We also have multiple entities that have the ability to rent out our space, so the availability dates listed on PeerSpace might be inaccurate.

Beautiful space. Full bar is a nice touch. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Music/dance groups need to bring a bit of your own sound equipment. You will need to consult with the tech guy.

Easy to book and host very responsive. Space is amazing. We hosted 80+ people for a workshop/class. There were a number of tech issues with the projector and the lights that negatively affected our presentation. It was the second time we hosted there and both times had technical issues. I recommend setting up a pre-event tech practice to make sure that everything is working properly. I would definitely use this space again if I knew that there wouldn't be any more technical problems.

I simply cannot thank Kevin enough. I rented the space for a memorial for my brother who passed away, May 8. Kevin bent over backwards to make my event as perfect as it could be. I received everything I asked for, Kevin rolled up his sleeves and pitched in to help dress the stage (among other tasks), make a few announcements to our crowd, and was simply everywhere. He was on top of everything. The venue has been beautifully remodeled, especially on the tech end. I didn’t have to rent any equipment, not even table cloths (we had a potluck reception). The cash bar fit in with how we styled our event. My event was an incredible success because I was working with professionals. Kevin knows how to run his theater. I got a nuclear blast for my buck. My brother was celebrated in the best possible way. I just couldn’t have been happier, even on such a sad occasion. Thank you, so very much, Kevin.

Very nice venue for parties and events. Kevin was super responsive and helpful both leading up up and during the event. Technical capabilities to project slideshow and provide lights and sound were also a big convenience. Highly recommend.
