All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Because it’s kinda “groovy baby”, this room is an eclectic meeting area that has the comfort of a den or living room. Featuring a portable whiteboard and wireless display, this conference room comfortably seats 10 as shown. It’s easy to add a few more chairs for a total capacity of 14 for meetings. This room is also a great area to utilize for an event with a 1st floor or whole house reservation and can be configured multiple ways. Perfect for a brainstorming, strategy or board meetings. 10-12

We have onsite parking for up to 16 cars. There is ample street parking. We have 2 large public lots in our block. Valet can be made available.
General Rules
You are responsible for basic clean up the space & trash removal to put it back in the condition found. No smoking inside or open flames on property grounds.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space was perfect and Julie was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this location and team if you are looking for a space to host meetings, get together, conference, etc.
