Our studio offers a 2,000sf Exposed Brick open studio with 12’ high ceilings. You can unload directly into our ground floor studio as well pull cars and or motorcycles in for production. We provide a clean and safe environment for creative professionals looking to capture their visions. Our studio is prefect for film and photo shoots, podcasts, production holding, rehearsals, film screenings, art shows and meetings. Basic studio rentals come with either Black or White Exposed Brick wall, use of common area, makeup station, clothing rack, 2 C-stands, v-flats, and grip cart with 2- sand bags, extension cords and gels. Studio features a 12’ x 8’ Jail Cell Set, Interrogation set with payphone, a Living Room/Den set, a Blackout Light Design, Greenscreen wall and Hospital Room set. We also have a variety of Production Wood Flats, C-Stands, Lights, G&E gear, 10'-5 & 4' wide color seamless papers, gels, 9' Wide paper or 20' x 10' Cloth Greenscreen. ***ALL SETS ARE ADD-ONS. MULTI CAMERA PODCAST SET: Choice of exposed brick wall, back drop or color seamless background. Host and interview chairs, three microphone & headset setup, mixing board and cameras. IF YOUR RENTAL IS A MUSIC VIDEO, PROVIDE INFO ON THE ARTIST. ONCE WE ARE GOING TO ACCEPT YOUR RENTAL, WE NEED NAME, ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER OF THE ACCOUNT HOLDER FOR YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT.
