Our restaurant is a unique space that is perfect for private receptions or dinners, wedding showers, anniversary & birthday celebrations, socials, or even production & filming. Located in the heart of downtown Houston with a dedicated staff to ensure that your event is flawless. The venue is equipped with its own bar and adjacent kitchen. The room set-up can be configured for a variety of set-ups. Our Dining Area is an elegant, modern space with rustic elements, perfect for medium sized groups. General Rules
Patron Assumption of Liability. Patron is responsible for any damage or theft of property in the premises (including repair or replacement of furniture, equipment and table accessories) by their guests, invites, or other individuals under control of the client. District 7 Restaurants will bill or charge the Patron, or charge the credit card on account with it, or any damage to property. Damage to property includes but is not limited to excessive cleaning after the event. Any damage to the premises will also be charged to the client.
Liability Limitation by District 7 Grill Restaurants. District 7 restaurants is not responsible for any loss or damage to equipment, decorations, merchandise, clothing, personal items or articles left at the restaurant, on the patio, or in any other part of the premises prior to, during or after patron’s event. Patron waives any right to claim damages or loss against District 7 Grill Corp, Inc., District 7 Main (Cellar 7) Inc. District 7 Grill Eado LLC, Table 7 Bistro, Inc. Regarding any act performed or connected to the event
Third-Party Liability. District 7 Restaurants assumes no responsibility for the conduct of guests, members and third-parties hired to provide services.
Decoration Policy. No confetti, glitter, crape paper, sequins or natural vine garlands can be used in the restaurants Usage of any of these items will result in a $200.00 clean up fee. Patron must provide all necessary items to safely decorate, including but not limited to extension cords and duct tape to secure the cords to the floor. Room decorating times must be arranged through your event coordinator. NO TACKS, TAPE, ETC ON THE WALLS, CEILING AND FLOOR. Use of any candles or flame must be contained in glass, and when lit, the flame must be contained below the glass edge. All decorations and equipment must be removed from the restaurant when the event is completed.

Health and Safety Measures
Cellar 7 Space is Cleaned Accordingly after each event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
