Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table and shuffleboard will surely entertain the crowd! Pool use not permitted. Food and catering are allowed, but food trucks and carts are not permitted. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in the space. We do not allow live music or DJs, but you’re welcome to bring a small portable speaker! We do not permit glitter, confetti or any damaging adhesives (nails, screws, hooks/strips, etc). Scotch tape and Painter’s tape are fine. Furniture is not allowed to be moved and is subject to change and/or removal at any time. This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. Please note that while the space is reserved for an event, residents may be able to see into it or must use it to access another space (pool, fitness center, mailroom, etc). We recommend posting signage upon your arrival to indicate use of the facility. All hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. We give a 30-minute grace period before and after the reservation for set up and clean up. Any other time will be added to the booking! Note: the “before” grace period is not applicable if the reservation is at the start of the space’s operating hours. Depending on your event, you or a guest may need to help others check in at the entrance of the building and direct them to the space (e.g. elevator attendant). Please be respectful of the facility and return it to its initial condition at the end of your reservation. Trash must be taken out of the space and properly discarded. We encourage you to bring extra trash bags! We do our very best to accommodate bookings with less than 24-hour notice, however, some amenities or the space itself may be unavailable. We are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. We do not tolerate smoking of any kind on the premises. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $250 fine. We follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We look forward to hosting you!

Yes, I would book again.

I hosted a baby shower for my girlfriend here, and everyone loved the location and the games it had to keep them entertained. There were plenty of seating and the parking was a huge benefit! Will definitely recommend this place to friends!

The space was nice and large with games provided, which my guests enjoyed. Although the room was public to the building's residents, this was not an issue, and my and my guests' privacy was respected. The space also provided a nice kitchenette area which was great for serving the food we brought.

We had a wonderful graduation event. Lauren was awesome: very responsive to my inquires. The space was as advertised. All included games had the necessary equipment and everything was in great working order. An added bonus is that the space has an ice maker, which was very convenient as we didn't have to go out to get ice. Also, due to the time of the event, which started at 5pm, there was no cost for parking. I suggest going to the property prior to your event and talking with the onsite property manager. She told us to come early to pick up the keycard, informed us that we were free to use the outdoor space as well, and let us know all of the parking possibilities.

The space was better than it appeared in the photographs. Stylish and roomy with lots of counter space for food. A variety of seating chairs, sofas, dining table, comfortable counter stools and the best part was a large outdoor space.
