About the Space

Located on Ballard Ave this space is great for meetings and socializing. Nearby restaurants and bars. This is a coffee shop in the day and our back room is designed to host intimate events including business meetings, presentations, workshops and more! • Seated 17 | Standing 35 • 1 Restroom • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed • Whiteboard • Inquire about Barista/Coffee Service • Street Level • Public Transit • Metered Parking We have a back room that seats 16 people and downstairs has 6 seats and standing room in lobby area and a cute little loft with a couch and couple of comfy chairs.

No smoking inside the space. Please abide by Peerspace's cancellation and overtime policies. Catering and Outside for is Allowed. Renter is responsible for any damage to the facility and/or its contents, including loss or damage to artwork, furniture, and accessories. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

This place was perfect for my murder mystery birthday party! Sheila was super helpful, allowing us to borrow serving platters, use paper cups and plates, even refrigerator space! She was friendly and responsive and made the check in/check out process so easy. I’d highly recommend this adorable place for your next private event!
